The Dock

A beautiful private dock with boat slips available as an option to only Harbor View Estate home owners. The dock is located in our back yard in a lagoon-like setting in Howells Creek and only a three minute boat ride out to the Great South Bay and the infamous Tanner Park.


Bocce and Horseshoe Courts

Hang out with friends and family and test your skills on our Bocce and Horseshoe courts both located within the Harbor View Estate property.


Tanner Park Senior Center

The Tanner Park Senior Center is located at #2 Tanner Park in Copiague just a short walk or drive from the Harbor View Estates community. Here seniors take in the beautiful waterfront sights that the location provides. In between the pavilion and Beach Hut, the Tanner Park Senior Center provides easy access to the nearby beach and spray park. This great location provides seniors the option of getting their daily exercise on the walk bridge or just relax outside and watch the boats go by.

The Tanner Park Senior Citizen Center provides:

  • Exercise Class on Mondays
  • Tai Chi classes on Tuesdays
  • Computer classes on Tuesdays
  • Bridge games on Tuesdays
  • Line Dancing on Wednesdays
  • Live Music on Fridays: Big Band
  • Bingo games on Thursdays, which are generally attended by 200 seniors
  • Thursday evening dances twice a month
  • Daily activities such as Arts and Crafts, Billiards, Bingo, Bocce, Mahjong, and Card games
  • Monthly Horse racing activities
  • Monthly blood pressure checks by a certified nurse
  • Monthly Senior Center parties/social events, which are generally attended by 300 seniors
  • Access to outdoor Bocce Ball and Horseshoes games
  • Scheduled summer trips to the Cedar Beach Pavilion
  • Annual Barbecue events and Senior Olympic outdoor sports
  • Free transportation to and from the centers for seniors who no longer drive
